SPECIFICATION AND TEMPLATE FOR DEGREE THESES

* Specification and template for the degree theses submitted to KHU graduate schools include:

• a. The size of theses for evaluation: width 19cm x height 26cm
• b. Paper: White wood-free paper of 80lb or brighter
• c. Print
  1. - Myongjo font
  2. - Black ink (Color inks can be used for included materials.)
  3. - Maximum number of characters per line is 37. (10.5pt ~ 11pt)
  4. - Maximum number of lines per page is 28. (Line spacing: 150%~180%, or 1.5 lines)
  5. - High-resolution printers are to be used in principle.
• d. Number of copies
  1. - For thesis evaluation, three copies (five copies for Ph.D.) are submitted to the Department
       (the thesis evaluation committee).
  2. - For the archive, 8 COVER copies (one of which contains the signatures and seals of the evaluation committee) are
       submitted to the library.
  3. - The one COVER copy that contains the signatures and seals of the evaluation committee is submitted to the graduate
       school.
• e. A computer disk that contains the entire thesis
  The year of thesis submission, the Department, Master’s or Ph.D. degree, the author, the program used, and the abstract in Korean f. A written consent (agreement to the academic use and distribution via web)
